You must be at least 13 years old to use Tavilo.
Tavilo may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts that we believe belong to someone under 13, and may retain limited records needed to support safety, security, or legal compliance.
You are responsible for the activity on your Tavilo account and for keeping your login details private.
You are responsible for your conduct, messages, posts, comments, uploads, and other activity on Tavilo.
Use accurate account information, do not impersonate another person, and do not create accounts to evade enforcement.
You keep ownership of the content you post, comment, upload, or send, but you give Tavilo permission to host, display, moderate, and operate that content as part of the service.
Only post content you have the right to share. Do not post private information, confidential material, or content that violates someone else's rights.
Tavilo direct messages use standard secure messaging protections, including HTTPS/TLS in transit and protected storage at rest. Tavilo does not currently provide end-to-end encrypted messaging.
Messages remain subject to these Terms and our safety policies. Tavilo may access and review reported, flagged, or safety-related messages when needed for moderation, abuse reporting, spam prevention, security, support, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
Do not use Tavilo to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, spam, dox, coordinate abuse, share malicious links, evade enforcement, or promote illegal activity.
Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate content, credible threats, scams, phishing, malware, and attempts to manipulate or abuse the platform are prohibited.
Tavilo may review reported or safety-flagged posts, comments, profiles, messages, media, and communities when needed to protect members, communities, or the integrity of the platform.
Accounts may receive warnings, be rate-limited, temporarily restricted, suspended, banned, removed, or required to have new posts or messages reviewed when safety signals or staff review call for it.
Members can report posts, comments, profiles, and communities that appear to break our rules. Message-related abuse can be reported through available safety controls or safety@tavilo.social.
Reports are reviewed by staff or authorized moderators. Reporting something does not guarantee a specific outcome, but it helps us find and respond to issues.
Copyright complaints, DMCA takedown notices, counter-notifications, and copyright disputes must be sent to dmca@tavilo.social.
The DMCA Policy explains the information needed for notices and counter-notifications.
Tavilo uses account, activity, and safety data to run the service, personalize relevant experiences, prevent abuse, and support moderation.
The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how members can request help with their data.
You may request account deletion through safety@tavilo.social.
Some limited records may be retained where needed for security, audit history, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or unresolved safety issues.
Questions about these terms, your account, contact requests, feedback, partnerships, press, or general business matters can be sent to support@tavilo.social.
Moderation appeals, privacy requests, abuse reports, Trust and Safety matters, and non-copyright legal notices can be sent to safety@tavilo.social.
If you believe a decision was made in error, include the account email, relevant URLs, and a short explanation so the team can review it.
