Tavilo is for people who are at least 13 years old.
If you believe an account belongs to someone under 13, report it or contact safety@tavilo.social so the team can review and take appropriate action.
Use report controls on posts, comments, profiles, communities, message requests, conversations, and individual messages when you see spam, harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, sexual exploitation, CSAM, malicious links, illegal activity, abuse, misleading content, or other safety concerns. For message-related abuse, use available message safety controls such as report, block, or mute, or contact safety@tavilo.social.
Add concise details. The most helpful reports explain what happened, where it happened, and why it may violate Tavilo policy.
Tavilo reviews reports, safety flags, spam signals, trust signals, content, messages, and account history to decide whether action is needed.
Possible actions include marking a report reviewed, dismissing it, warning a member, removing content, limiting an account temporarily, requiring review, suspending, banning, or removing an account.
Use a strong password, keep your account email current, review active sessions in Settings, and be careful when sharing personal information in posts, comments, profiles, or messages.
Messages are protected with standard secure transport and storage controls, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. You can block or mute members, adjust message privacy, sign out other sessions, and ask for help with account deletion or data questions through safety@tavilo.social.
Contribute with context, respect boundaries, and avoid behavior that makes communities feel extractive, hostile, or unsafe.
If a conversation becomes heated, step back, clarify intent, and use reporting tools rather than escalating conflict.
For account help, contact requests, feedback, partnerships, press, or general business inquiries, email support@tavilo.social.
For abuse reports, privacy requests, moderation appeals, deletion requests, Trust and Safety matters, or non-copyright legal notices that cannot be handled in-product, email safety@tavilo.social.
Include your account email, relevant links, screenshots if appropriate, and a short explanation. Do not include sensitive documents unless support asks for them.
Tavilo is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
For urgent platform safety issues, use the report flow and email safety@tavilo.social so staff can review as quickly as possible.
