How Tavilo collects, uses, protects, and responds to requests about personal data.

Tavilo is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly allow people under 13 to use Tavilo.
If we believe an account belongs to someone under 13, we may suspend or remove the account and delete or limit related personal information where practical, subject to security, safety, legal, and audit needs.
We collect account details such as name, username, email, password credentials, profile fields, interests, and onboarding preferences.
We also collect activity data such as posts, comments, value signals, follows, messages, reports, moderation status, device/session information, rate-limit events, security logs, audit logs, and basic usage events.
We use data to operate Tavilo, authenticate members, show relevant communities and content, support messaging, prevent spam, and improve product quality.
Safety and moderation data may be used to detect harmful behavior, prioritize reports, protect members from abuse, and audit staff actions.
Public posts, comments, profiles, and public Tables may be visible to other members or visitors depending on the product surface.
Messages and private or curated community content should still be treated thoughtfully. Tavilo may access, process, and review messages or other non-public content when needed to deliver the service, respond to reports, investigate safety flags, enforce policies, support users, maintain security, or comply with law.
Tavilo does not represent direct messages as end-to-end encrypted or unreadable by Tavilo. No online service can promise that every audience boundary is risk-free.
Tavilo protects messages with HTTPS/TLS in transit and protected database or storage controls at rest.
Because Tavilo currently uses server-readable secure messaging, authorized review may occur for reported, flagged, abusive, spammy, fraudulent, exploitative, illegal, or otherwise safety-related messages.
Tavilo may use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, email, image storage, analytics, spam prevention, and safety tooling.
We do not sell member profile data. Any future advertising or expanded data-sharing program would require clearer terms before it is introduced.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a startup-stage service, including role-based staff access and audit logs for sensitive actions.
We keep data for as long as needed to provide Tavilo, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain safety records.
To request account deletion, data access, correction, or other privacy help, contact safety@tavilo.social from the email connected to your account.
Deletion may remove or anonymize account information where practical, while retaining limited records needed for security, moderation history, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Privacy requests and questions can be sent to safety@tavilo.social. General support, feedback, contact, partnership, press, or business inquiries can be sent to support@tavilo.social.
We may update this policy as Tavilo evolves, legal requirements change, or new safety and privacy practices are added.
